Light to lift but strong enough for the job, New so nice and sharp, cutting through growth easily.
They work. They don't seem overly high quality, nor very low. They generally cut but sometimes just smash the branches instead.

Unsuitable.Returned to store. Should have paid more attention toi the image as required extendable handles but these were fixed so not long enough for what was required. My error.
I’ve been struggling to prune an overgrown garden of a new house I moved into. These lopping shears made short work of a very hard job. I also cut up a tree following that using the shears. It was a very easy experience. Highly recommend.

The longer handles than my old ones make it easier to use, also the hand grips are very good. Cutting is effortless.

Had good set of handles for maximum grip. Robust solid frame for sturdy branches. Quality metal feels to frame. Cutters self sharpening or adjusting. Have used it several times on uneasy vegetation and still looks brand new. Easy to clean , maintain and operate. Good value for the price.

I bought these to replace an old broken set of telescopic shears. I've used these to carry out some major surgery on a very overgrown hedge and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting too much given the price but they are well made and plenty sharp enough to carry out the task without breaking a sweat. Hopefully they will last long into the future.
Very useful loppers that dealt easily with thick rhododendron and laurel branches. Light but strong.
After using on a conifer hedge for a couple of hours cutting the branches my hedge cutter wouldn’t cut the ability to cut through fairly small branches was lost.
Great on first use. Gearing makes for easy cutting. Lightweight.
However, as others have said, the blade opens and then won't cut clean anymore. Returned for refund which Toolstation were fine about.
