Bought this to replace a broken closer on an internal hall door, really easy to fit and luckily enough i didn't have to adjust it at all.
This was a direct replacement for a leaking closer
Look, it's an industry standard door closer with control over speed of swing and speed of close that is really easy to fit and lasts ages if set up correctly. Specify these in the first place and it's a guaranteed easy swap out in the rare event that one fails.
