Easy install and works effectively. Unfortunately the opening pressure cannot be adjusted and proved awkward for the family. Resorted to a strong magnet which works very well keeping the door closed.
Used this to replace an existing one that had been installed 10+ years which was a great fit with existing holes. Used with parallel bracket supplied. Very easy to adjust although note only slight adjustment required ie half a turn makes a lot of difference.
