Ordered this with next working day delivery and here we are 11 days later and there's still no sign of it. Of course they are courteous enough to use a company that has no human customer service, so a computer just repeats the nothing answer you get in an email "there's been a delay, but we have got your package, it should be delivered tomorrow still though". That was a week ago, still nothing.
