Great replacement to the standard steel looking one. One thing I would suggest is put a little thread sealer on the knob thread, as if used frequently it does come undone. Also not really suitable to install it as a top closer (unless the fit is really tight) because it sometimes slides back down.

I have bought two of these to fit to the door between our kitchen and conservatory as extra security. They look good and we’re easy to fit.
Using them on a boat. They are nice but the bolt width is inconsistent so may be problematic if you need accurate sizing
Has a nice smooth action and positive fit. Fitted them to a garden shed I just built, they look good and do the job.

Looks good and appears to be made of good quality brass. However the operation is not at all smooth and seemed likely to deteriorate further with time. Also the knob showed a tendency to unscrew and the thread probably wouldn't last that long unless secured with some thread lock adhesive or similar. Returned it for refund.
A nice shiny bolt that looks and feels good. The only downside is the supplied screws had soft heads the are easily damaged using a driver.
