Absolutely rubbish, I doubt it any other reviewers have actually seen it perform in a fire situation but I have & it failed miserably only resits 60 seconds then combusts, I think regular silicone would last longer.
Easy to apply seems to be working easy to get into hard to reach areas would use again

Remains slightly tacky even after curing. No production or expiry date on the tube.
