Not very sticky, used heat gun and seam roller to get it to adhere to brick and concrete.
Worked as expected - needed a bit of warming up with a heat gun in cold weather - adhered well and lay flat with little effort.
Used to repair roof felt on the loft side and appears to have done the job well
Easy to use very strong. Great value for price on the length
Flashband was good and easy and quick to use make good stuff me old flashing around a flat roof
Used to cover a leaky joint on guttering. Did not completely seal had to follow up with spray stop leak.
Tried silicone first, but wished I had started with this. Easy to apply, very wide and very sticky, used a seam roller and it's now finally leak proof. Would start with this next time
I used it to repair several leaks from a window pane on a garage roof. Easy to apply and for the first time in two years no leaks. Nothing else worked, tried various sealants and putty. The real test will be when it rains heavily, as so far have only tested with a watering can!
After scrubbing the dust and washing down the roofing felt to remove all the dust ready to patch holes it seemed to work well. Next morning they'd all fallen off. After reading the reviews I decided to try heating the adhesive as some had suggested, that seemed to do the trick. Next day all had fallen off again. Third attempt used heat and aluminium tape around the edges. The tape is holding up the sagging patches. I gave it 3 because it sticks to itself and makes a patch.
Easy to use. Very sticky on roof and gutters. Covered awkward edges a treat.
Used together with Bitumen Adhesive on an area of cracked & broken corrugated roofing, on a hot sunny day, made a satisfactory repair that otherwise would have been quite expensive.
Great stuff just what I needed to do the job properly
Does the job, keeps wind off van mounted solar panels and still there 3 years later.
Excellent. Highly recommended for patching. Trade and DIY friendly
great product easy to use loved it will Definity be the flashbond of my choice
Not sure if this product is out of date but there is no adhesion what so ever. Just watched a video on flashbanding tape and it refers to this being really sticky. This one isn't even after pressing down on tape.
I applied the flashband on the joint of the roof slates, but it didn’t stick very well, so I applied a bit of heat to the sticky side, and it worked out fine.
