Effective barrier -applied externally and internally to prevent rainwater seepage between concrete garage side and concrete deck. Brushes easily - less sure about brush cleaning instructions!
Excellent stuff, great for creating a DPC on concrete floors that don’t have DPM already installed. Also used on brick walls, where waterproofing is required. Just brush on.
Applied well with a roller and brush to get in to joints I would recommend this product

I have used this product before and have had NO recurrence of damp issues.Its easy to put on.It dries but remains very slightly tacky to assist with application of a bonding coat if used on walls.Apply 2 coats
Should make clearer Product should be applied to flat surface and requires 50mm screed to work as DPM/DPC. that said, I used as DPM layer on very uneven concrete base (Having removed cement screed that had breached dpc in old outhouse/wc. Applied sprinkling of dry sand before applying 20 - 40mm self-levelling screed (mapei) before applying tiles. Screed bone dry and no rising damp issues. Use cheap brush as almost impossible to clean off. No bitumen/bad chemical odours flexes better than bitumen/resin/acrylic being rubber bitumen mix. Goes on like treacle, dries jet black so astetically pleasing under dpc level.
Easy to apply. And if applied properly as direct will last for years.

Great product. Used on garage interior wall to stop dampness. Dried in 48hrs and stopped the wetness from coming through. Apply thick coat for best result. Highly recommend.
Easy to apply to damp wall before plastering- tine will tell how effective it is
Creates a rubber like seal. However, is susceptible to mould growth.
Used it to cost the back of plasterboard before re-plastering a sloping ceiling where there has been an intermittent leak. Think the leak is fixed but added this just in case.
This is excellent paint. We used it to paint the walls on the shed.
