reasonably powerful so far shame about the chuck though as it is not a quick fit & requires a key stilll
Very good tool- I have removed tons of render knocked chimneys down. Drilled uncountable holes including core drilling . Mixed plaster. Mixed render. Mixed tile adhesive .
Just lasted for years.
Eventually had to buy another
Excellent piece of kit , my previous drill of this model lasted in excess of 17 years
Tool station service was poor , waited 4 days for the tool to arrive , should have been next day
It replaced an older model. I was very happy with that and when it emitted smoke and burning smells from the electronics I replaced it with the nearest equivalent.
A bit disappointed for Bosch it's overheated very quickly looks like heavy duty hammer but it's not supposed to be blue Bosch. Already exchange for new one under warranty however after 15 minutes need cooling down same as previous.

I bought this because bosch drills are so reliable and its the only drills I've had that never brake. The only reason I need a new one is because old one stolen!

main reason for buying this was i wanted to take out bricks to make a opening to fit a window , 30 mins it took me with this drill , if i done it by hand i recon it took me all day , i not used it for drilling yet but i recon its more than up to job with 850w power behind it a very good cord length , its light , easy change drill bits
I bought this to replace my previous Bosch drill, so I must be fairly pleased with it. I believe the carbon brushes wore out on the old one, so I may get around to repairing it eventually. I do find this Bosch drill to be an effective tool.
