Needed a toilet connection onto a hidden Cistern and this was the best for the job because of space.
Used before and bought it as backups in case some older ones under the sink fail when changing the taps
Exactly the part I needed to replace at my static caravan after letting the shower pipes freeze
Used this when replacing a side entry fill valve on a toilet the existing connector was damaged, the space was limited and this connector was just the size to fit and being push fit made it quicker and easier to install.
Good quick and easy to use fitting. Only downside is the fitting is not maintainable ie cannot be removed once fitted.
The 1/2" tap adaptor end is a flat plastic lug with a conical washer. This may fit a very thin metal tap piece, but the two cases I was trying to connect to (a plastic MDPE 20mm-1/2" connector and a chrome tap fitting) both were too wide for the connector to seal and required careful trimming of the plastic to remove the wider portion.
Happily, this can be effected with a stanley knife, and once done, the connection seems to seal up quite happily; I have no leaks.

Easy to fit. Tap end contains a rubber grommet, so no need to use a fibre washer. I'm using these at the allotment to repair burst pipes after the harsh winter.
