After trying woodworking chisels and SDS chisels I found this tool in combination with a hammer to be perfect for removing stubborn glass mosaic tiles with minimal issues and no damage to plasterboard substrate.
No. 1 Demolishing tool, chops, chisels, cuts, very useful and srong.
Great chisel, extra sharp and strong…handle with care
Bought this to use to remove old putty which is what it is designed for apparently. Putty had been insitu for 60 years and was very hard, the tool was ruined within ten mininutes, sharpness gone and chinks in the blade.
A top bit of quality kit. Bought this one for my son who is joiner apprentice. Good quality and a cracking holster. He has used it on loads of jobs.
Lovely tool, very robust with a keen edge. Pleasure to own and use.
Never knew that I needed this and wrecked chisels and knives instead. Now I've got this it has a permanent place in the tool bag as it its used daily on a variety of jobs. Sharp edges hard to blunt (if you are sensible). Love it.
Not happy with wrecking knife it shattered after about 2 minutes ove using it if I had not had goggles on I would have lost a eye very disappointed and lucky I always wear goggles. Took it straight back to Welwyn garden city branch. The staff member I spoke to was shocked when and gave me my money straight back .Ten out of ten for your staff 0 for product.
Excellent Tool, just right for most jobs, just not dental work!
Excellent tool, robust and sharp, can be used for a multitude of jobs ( I have two!).
Great tool, made light work removing old tough putty.
I needed this tool a very long time ago. It is so useful - it’s a chisel, it’s a knife, it’s a scraper, now that I have it I use it for so many things. Just be careful and keep in its sheath or you will damage yourself if you leave it lying around
Great value good quality make even the hardest job easy
Great wrecking chisel for chopping out rotten timber. Flat section on the back of the knife so you can strike it with a hammer.
Great little tool for cutting and slicing anything from wood to plastic. Very handy and it doesn’t cost a lot. It will save you a lot of time one day.
Brilliant thing to have on hand very useful in a variety of uses
Good sharp tool. Would have been nice if it had a hammer hitting metal head at the back so can be used as a chisel too. seems good and strong.
Great design, nice handle, nice plastic sheath - reminds me of the Mora knives. Scandi grind makes it easy to sharpen. Wish I'd got one years ago!
I have the curved blade version too as this chisel- bladed version. Very sharp and exceedingly tough. Great value.
