Bahco Laminate Saw 500mm (20")

An excellent sharp saw although not exactly fine toothed. Very good at cutting laminate flooring.

Just buy a normal saw, I bought this aswell as a stardard one, because i though it may last longer as it is marketed as a laminate saw, but it was pretty blunt after a few long cuts and I reverted to a standard saw which did the job lovely.

fitting a laminated floor and this saw was perfect for the job.

Great saw! Well worth paying a bit more for. It cuts precisely with a smooth action. No break out on laminate. Did the job perfectly. Thick saw blade that doesn't bend too much.

Needed a small saw to cut out an awkward unusual shaped sink in a Corian worktop. This saw did the job with some effort! Plus it still has an edge on it. Most folks will know Corian eats circular saw blades, though that wouldn't work, i'm pleased to report this saw did. Using a hand saw also reduced the dust to a minimum.

Brilliant saw, BAHCO laminate saw extremely sharp with no flex when cutting ergonomic feels at one with your hand and sawing action, a truly five star saw!!

I laid a 8mm laminate floor with it. It cut effortlessly to start off with but I soon had to put some small effort into the cut which grew progressively larger as I went on. It started to bind in the cut I was making due, apparently, to the lacquer it was coated with; the old trick of putting a little wax from the end of a candle down each side of the blade sorted that out. I had expected a little more from Bahco.

I bought this to cut the end panels for my daughter’s new kitchen that I am fitting. Correct tpi giving a smooth clean cut. Sharp, easy to hold and use. Excellent tool for a very reasonable price.

Three sided ground, super-sharp, hardpoint teeth for long-lasting sharpness. Screwed two component handle can be used for approximate 45º and 90º marking guide. Designed with rubberised grip for good sawing support.

Ok for rough cuts - you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend this for finer work (cutting doorframe shapes etc.)
