Cheap, complete, faceplate & mod's. I was only after getting a couple that were not in a visible area.
Needed a cat5e socket to convert a telephone line to Ethernet. This was perfect. It has the colour coding for the wires on the back of the socket.
Easy to wire up and works fine but I only bought this because it was cheaper than buying two ethernet modules separately. Also the matching Axiom blanking plates seem now unavailable and the Crabtree ones are a slightly different shade of white, sigh.
Quite nice quality, especially for the price. Bought a matching TV socket, but they are different shades of white, Not a problem though.
A simple to use solution. Despite its low cost it is very effective. Great value.
Well made and robust but out of the four I bought, two of them were faulty i.e. two connections in each showed no continuity. Bought another and tested that it was ok before I used it to work out where the faults were by process of elimination which did the trick. Faulty items were replaced at the store with no issue.
Cheap, poor quality, failed to work. Ordered 3 of these, used a data cable tester and each one showed a different fault on the cat5e cable. Poor punch down mechanisms
Good quality dual point network face plate. Installed easily & good value for money.
Backplates are clearly labelled enabling quick installation using a punch tool.

Pin 2 on the left hand socket has no connection. Replacement had same problem. Spent a few hours trying to decide if it my cable or RJ45 plug was the problem on first one. Never expected wall socket to have the problem. It was confirmed by my cable tester, that the cable that worked on first one first time, then failed immediately on Pin 2 connecting to the left socket. Right socket on this one was fine as it was on original.
Working in the IT industry I was surprised actually how decent these were, I actually terminated cat6 and they fitted into a 25mm wall box great value for money.

This wall plate, with 2 sockets, was cheaper than a single socket offered by the other leading store, similar to Toolstation.
The terminals are numbered and colour coded. Using an insertion tool it was just a few minutes work to wire and attach the supplied cable tie. It was tested and worked 1st time. Also supplied are 2 labels to name the sockets.
