As described all good with earth connection, handy if you need to angle in certain position.

Bought this to fit above a bench in my shed. Simple to fit and the angle was close enough to the slope of the roof for the lamp to be were I wanted it.
This was one out of two bulb holders and it was a little expensive for y liking since the build quality appeared a little cheap. The angle was useful but having a 90 degree one may have been better. Also, there was no hole for the wiring, assuming cabling came directly out of the back and into the wall.
