This tap is elegant and stylish works perfectly and is of a very high quality
Really difficult fixing the tap underneath the worktop. The 'nut' is made from very thin gauge steel and kept slipping and distorting. Also very difficult to get tool in to tighten it properly.
Looks great , fitted to camper van leaks all the time over the wood worktop

The securing underneath the basin type is about 10 years behind all other taps. Needs updating to a stud an C section clamp to be easily tightened and loosened with a box spanner without having to remove the tap tails an sometimes the entire sink which you currently have to do.
Chuffed too bits, looks fantastic. Great service from the guys at the depot. Definitely be my first choice in the future

The price was attractive but its true that you get what you pay for, wish I had spent more as don't think it will last very long. The flexi tails only have 1 O-ring normally they have 2 or 3 to ensure a good seal. This one started leaking a few days after install and the plumber had tome come back and retighten the tails, by then the kitchen cupboards were soaking wet and in a mess. Lesson learnt
I love my new tap! I can't believe how different it makes my sink area look. The height makes filling the kettle so much easier. The quality is great and the price fantastic.
Excellent design tap, easy to fit, can be operated with one hand.
This is an item that is very much personal preference. I wasn't sure about the appearance of this tap at first, but am very happy I picked this because it works really well for my household. One reason I chose this was for the height of it, but we have found that it seems to splash a bit more than our last tap. Minor issue though, not worth knocking down a star for it.
We have a pet bird, so I opted for this over the rounded top so he had a little perch to stand on when we are washing up - This was actually the main reason I wanted this tap! That, and so we have the ability to fill the kettle while the other one is doing the washing up...
Also, 10 out of 10 for the finish! It's a really smart looking brushed steel, we aren't fans of the chrome effect as we have had a lot of experience of the chrome chipping off (on everything, not just taps) and looking really tatty and cheap after only a short while.
Started to leak from cartridge from the day after fitting. Unfortunately due to other commitments never had a chance to return until warranty had passed. This seems a common problem on many reviews.
Needed a new tap fast, ordered this despite some neagtive reviews. My tap is fine! Nice smooth action and finish is great. No leaks or drips.
This is the second one I’ve fitted for the same customer as a replacement for a faulty one & the new one has started to leak from the same place.
Customer is going to complain to Toolstation direct
I would not buy another one of these as they have clearly got a fault with them.
Really nice tap that fits well with our kitchen.
Great looking and smooth action but 1st one developed leak after a few weeks then the replacement one leaked from day one. Although Toolstation have been keen to resolve problems but well out of pocket getting the taps fitted and then removed twice.
Easy to fit,smooth water flow,nice brushed steel finish.Great.
Ordered online for next day collection. Checked item and was very impressed with the quality. Not fitted yet but I am sure my experienced bloke will have no problems.
