Love the SIM card option so could use in the places where is no WiFi network. Looks a bit big, but it is good if you want your camera to be noticed by intruder. Picture quality is very good.

The video and audio quality is excellent and I can change the settings easily on the app to suit the environment or area I'm monitoring. Very easy to set up the camera, it comes with screws for fixing but I like that the flattened base means that I can sit it anywhere so I can move it around the house without having to screw more holes, or I can take it with me if I require security away from home, in an environment where screwing it onto a surface may not be possible. Set up is mostly straightforward - download the app, insert SIM card, sync the camera with the WiFi network and follow the set up instructions. I did initially have an issue where it didn't recognise my WiFi network then said I didn't have enough bandwidth even though I was connected to a high speed 2.4 GHz network and there are help guides on the app but a quick Google was much quicker to find the solution. Once set up, it recognises and reports whether it is a person, vehicle, etc, that has triggered a response and push notifications are sent to my phone so that I can see the live visual and audio data. The app is easy to use, with lots of options to personalise the camera to my needs. I immediately liked the design of this - neat, contemporary and aesthetically appealing. If using within your home, whether to monitor the interior or exterior, it sits comfortably with most home decor styles, and when used out of the home it looks modern and unobtrusive. A really good home security camera but its USP is that it can be used in situations outside the home. For example, if you park your car while at work, have a caravan or boat, or want to check on a vulnerable family member, this can give you peace of mind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Arlo go camera as it was very convenient for me as there are no wires during installation as it is completely wireless.
On arrival I quickly began the setup process which was very easy to do. Most of the set up was done via app and scanning a qr code. The camera comes with a Vodafone Smarty Sim but unfortunately I have not managed to get this registered as it says it doesn't exist and there fore have not manage to test the 4g capabilities of the camera.
I then popped the camera on charge but due to other commitments I did t get chance to install the camera for a few days. When I did installation was super quick as its basically drilling 3 holes and putting in 3 screws. The rest of the set up is done on the app where you can choose activity zones so only certain sections of what the camera sees triggers the recording and Instant notifications to your phone.
Once installed I did notice the camera was already on 76% battery life and this soon depleted to 0 in less than a week. The box states it has a 4 to 6 month battery life off a single charge, maybe I was playing around with it too much? I unscrewed the camera and took it back in a gave it another full charge and put it back up again.4 days later it's again on 35% ! I have a feeling the 6 months is based on the camera been placed in a place where it is not triggered very much as mine is over my front door and people come and go all day. This is going to be a big let down for me as I will have to keep charging it on a weekly basis.
It does have very good features though such as 2 way audio that is very crisp and clear , a siren you can activate with a button in the app.a spot light that is triggered by movement at night so uou get colour photos at night times.
I do love this camera but really wanted one I could put up and forgot about and not have to get the ladder out each week to take it in to charge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this Arlo go pro camera. We have recently set it up above our front porch and it was so quick and easy to do. Any movements and you can check via the notifications on your phone and check the camera. The picture quality for the camera is so clear too. I also love that you can move the camera to somewhere that might not have WiFi coverage with the cellular sim.

Firstly the design of it is very sleek but it feels really solid and well built, the design is modern and it complements my property rather than been an eyesore. The biggest appeal of the the Go 2 was the wireless approach to CCTV, I did not want to be having an electrician out to fit it for me and the expense that comes with that. My husband fitted it to our property with ease.
The camera was simple to setup, it took about 30 mins all together. The picture quality is great, really sharp and clear and I like that it can turn on a light at night to capture a better picture. This camera has given me good peace of mind since it’s been installed and I would recommend it to anyone.

Every time gets a notification on phone when camera detects any motion. And can get package detected alerts on phone as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

The battery is rechargeable and will be easy to take up and down to recharge. There is a good large viewing area and we can see all we need to. It is quite sensitive so we have turned off notifications to avoid receiving movement notifications too often

The camera was easy enough to set up and came with a sd card that you need to put in.
The thing I had most difficulties with was the app and sync the two together bit once it was sorted the camera came to life.
I like how I get any movement notifications on my phone and I van watch them back to see ehats happened.
The picture and sound.quality is brilliant over all I rate it 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone that's thinking of getting one.

The best feature is that you can set this up anywhere as it’s portable and use with the SIM card keeping your belongings safe at all times. The camera also works with Wi-Fi. The camera was easy to set up and the app easy to download and navigate. I receive notifications on my mobile promptly and the images and amazing, really clear and sharp. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a security camera for some time now, and glad I came across the Arlo Go 2 security camera, it is a stunning piece of kit. You can really feel. the quality of the product right for the get-go when unpacking the box.
The Marlo Go 2 is an upgrade. on its previous model, so it is now capable of wi-fi and also 3G/4G LTE if you plan on installing outside of your wifi range.
The camera is fully weather proof so. is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
In terms of setup it is a little bit fiddly here and there, but overall it is relatively easy to get yourself up and running. I managed to get it setup in around 10 minutes.
One major feature of this new camera by Arlo, is it is completely wireless, so no nasty cables on your wall or having to use extension cables if installing at the bottom of your garden etc. It comes with a cable for charging the battery. The battery itself will last a long time, and is also fairly quick to charge up.
The Arlo Go 2 camera has a resolution of 1080p so you can be sure the picture quality is crystal clear; not only that, it has full colour night vision. The night vision was so much better than expected, it really does pick up an amazing amount of detail at night.
When it comes to their app, and the features you think you may be getting, be careful because there is (of course, in this time we live in!) a subscription. The app gives you a few features, but if you are wanting notifications of detected motion etc. then you will need to sign up to the monthly charge. But if you are just after basic setup and are happy to load the app manually and check out the footage then this is fine without paying monthly.
So to summarise, the Arlo Go 2 is a brilliant security camera for any home user, its easy to setup, is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, has brilliant quality video even at night, its wireless, it has built in wifi and 3G/4G backup connection and it is super stylish! I think it is worth noting that ivy ou are paying for a security camera at this level, then expect to be signing up to the monthly subscription to get all the great features out of the camera.

We used this for our back garden and found it easy to put up and angle exactly how we needed it with option to easily change the angle. All the options right on my phone made it so easy to use. I loved being able to check in and see what was going on. High quality feed and lots of extra options. Will be purchasing one for the front of the house.

This is a rechargeable unit which is really good for portability and no need for hardwiring. You can check the battery life through the app which is very handy. Night and day vision is very clear. There is a slight delay in image /video feedback.
This product looks very smart.
The functions are fab and settings easily adjusted through the app so you can adapt the product to suit individual needs. I love the space for an SD card. There is also an 2 way talk function which is handy when you are working in the garage or driveway also we have deliveries in that area so it has been an essential product for us to have.
Overall I am impressed by the adaptability and functionality of this camera. Fantastic quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a brilliant camera with excellent video quality and amazing features. though it's an outdoor camera you can use it indoors too. So in the start, I used it as an indoor camera to keep an eye on my kids, and after a few days installed it in my garden.
It's very easy to set up, just download the Arlo app on your phone and follow all the instructions, and then the camera is easily controlled by the Arlo app. It records videos whenever any person is detected on the camera (this video duration depends on the person's presence in front of the camera) and all the videos are available in the library (that is in The Arlo app), you can save, share, delete those videos too). Therefore I can say that it has a superb detection feature, moreover, each time any person comes in front of a camera, it sends motion alert notifications to your phone.
In the Arlo app you can easily adjust video settings, rotate the camera 180 degrees, low light, and power management settings.
You can also specifically highlight the zones from your app in which you want the camera to detect and send motion alerts.
You can easily control the audio setting of the camera, I can hear a clear, high-quality, and uninterrupted voice from the other side, and I can talk easily with my kids and partner and give them instructions while I am at work.
The camera has LED light which is helpful for night view, though the picture and video quality is brilliant without LED light too. It has a flicker adjustment feature too to adjust video flickering. It has an option of a MicroSD card for storing video clips.
Moreover, you can add up to 3 friends as call a friend contact and you can also give camera access to your family and friends which also gives peace of mind in case you are busy then your partner or friends are monitoring the camera.
Another best feature of this camera is, that it has an emergency siren which can be easily activated from the app (That counts as a real meaning of what security cameras are made for)
In my opinion, it's the best security camera with so many pro features (few yet need to be discovered) with a high-quality video and quality output, best for safety and security purposes.
