Good design, easy to install and puts out plenty heat for our large room.
Ordered 5 radiators and 3 were dented and chipped. They were packed well and my guess it was done in the factory. We’ve positioned them away from the customers view. But I went on to buy 2 more and got them elsewhere. They were perfect and a little bit cheaper.
Nearly five stars but as other reviewers have posted it is not well packaged. Mine was delivered by Royal Mail and our delivery driver is brilliant. He made sure it hadn’t rattled around in the back of his truck and therefore arrived in excellent condition. I was worried. It also needs to be fitted with the flow opposite the bleed valve. Ordered late Wednesday night arrived Friday morning. Bought other similar radiators from other suppliers and this one is definitely one of the best. (Just not the packaging)
Great radiator but paint on 2 columns is cracked and peeling and only noticed after fitting
3 radiators Damaged!!! Luckily managed to install radiator so damaged was on back facing wall.
Just remember to connect the right way around and they look great
Great product but bad packaging so came with a couple of marks, basically the rads are boxed but probably move within this boxing during delivery causing the boxes to split and corners being exposed, a real shame for such a good value product....that said I would definitely buy again.
Arrived very badly damaged due to poor packaging.
Radiator arrived on time left in safe place by courier(Tuffnels) in my absence it looked like it had been in a war zone BATTERED AND BEATEN be yond repair £320 for a scrap radiator took photos and e mailed customer service no response as yet blamming virus for the lack of service.Am suprised at toolstation using such a rubbish courier as rad has obviously been Battered in transit as i cant believe toolstation would have despached it in that unusable condition
Looks great when mounted, better than the picture. Close to being a 5* except that a few marks on the paintwork. Must have been my bad handling as the whole rad is also wrapped in a clear poly film. Mounting instructions are a bit basic; help on distances between the brackets could have been a bit more informative but easy enough with a little measurement.
