Box opened radator badly damaged and sent back out from warehouse

Good quality, good resemblance to the online picture. The instructions where clear and they where easy to hang on the walls.
Unfortunately the original purchase I made of a column radiator arrived damaged. I had to order this one as replacement. Its not up to the standard I was hoping. Very annoyed at the original disappointment of the damaged first one.
Plumber recommended and fitted. Very good value for money.

Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition which is always a concern with radiators this size & weight. Easy to install with decent brackets. Heat output is very good and customer is very happy. It looks awesome too. I've already ordered another for my next customer after I showed her a photo of this one.

I haven’t had this fitted yet but radiator arrived and I’ve given it a check and all looks ok. I would say though that I bought this particular rad over a competitors as it was listed as weighing 15kg. It’s actually 21kg so I’ve ended up paying more for a heavier rad (when I wanted a lighter one!)
