Bought this as required a small slimline heater to fit in cupboard beneath sink. Nice & small, heats water as required
Installed it and its working fine so far, its easy to install
Always a top service , quality items and all fairly priced .. top Staff too .. friendly and obliging .. always ..👍
However it did not function. My engineer followed systematically all possible ways but it would not work. To return the non functional item was a tussle and on top of it I had to pay my engineer his professional fees. This I never expected would happen. I am now scared to hear about this brand.
This was to replace a large water heater and cylinder as we only have a kitchen sink and bathroom sink with a separate Electric shower
Can't have the water pressure on full cause it does only come out cold turn the pressure down then you a warm but not boiling water temp come through
After the third one I gave up.Worked for 4 days. Very poor.
Seems to be running vey cool just not upto the job
Clean box, good service Nice and easy instructions only got one year guaranty tho.
The first unit I purchased leaked. Replaced with a new unit and that leaked more and flooded the property. I will be contacting Ariston.
I can’t speak for the longevity of this product but I can compare it to the similar unit made by Redring. I had the Redring unit fitted for just over 2 years before it gave up (heating element I believe) so I have given this one a go. Fitted it today. Wiring was easy and the plumbing connections are so much easier than the Redring which just had metal pipes to connect to. This Ariston has half inch plastic fittings which connect straight to a flexi pipe. Recommended you get a flexi with a service valve fitted as it may be required to restrict the cold flow to the unit if you have good water pressure. (Yes I’m aware that you can get a pressure reducing valve but they cost a fortune and this does the same job in my opinion). I set the unit up with the kitchen hot tap on full and then restricted the flow using the service valve and the water is piping hot and a decent flow. The mains water is obviously at a higher temperature at this time of year (August) so yet to see how it performs in the height of winter. And you of course always have the option to reduce the flow at the tap too. In my opinion, better build quality, easier to fit by way of plumbing and a better looking unit than the Redring. And they are both similar price. Cheers.
Great value product, looks smart and smaller than expected which adds to the sleek look.
Purchased to replace identical heater which had lasted 5 years. Though it would be a direct replacement but hot and cold water connections changed. Fitted but faulty. Returned for refund.
Used in a flat to replace complete electric indirect system - supplied kitchen basin and shower. big space saving. A bit tricky to set up balance of heat output with water flow rate but works well when done. .
Good heater, but be warned, if you are swapping out the pervious Aures Multi Mini for this model, it’s been ‘improved’…. Which means the cold and hot feeds are now swapped around the other way so you will need to adjust your pipe work!
Nice neat and compact, easy to use and can get very hot when set high
I bought this to test out my theory that this might be cheaper than an emersion heater while providing as much hot water as you would ever need in a domestic kitchen…. Massive savings!
The Ariston Aures Multi Instantaneous Water Heater 9.5kW is a fantastic addition to any modern kitchen. Its blend of efficiency, sleek design, and reliable performance makes it a worthwhile investment for households that value convenience and energy savings. While it may require some adjustments to your electrical setup, the benefits far outweigh the effort.
Gas boiler stop working and this little boiler saved the day and it’s staying. slow but works and easily replaced
This product is ok, it does the job. However you have to reduce the inlet water flow rate significantly to get a decent amount of heat out of it, and it also takes a while to warm up.
