I bought this 1hour ago 3.50pm on a Sunday. It came out not bagged up, Im Obviously in a rush due to the time. I get home and thought it strange. A Closer look and the dial is chipped and its dusty, grimy. I popped it on and guess what… water drips out. This had so obviously been returned, no push fit ever comes unbagged… this negative review is pointed at toolstation as much as the fitting
Didn't stop the water, continuous drip from it. Not recommended
Works as it should, easy to fit and good for the price
Leaked from the start even with only gravity head.
Leaked! - The push-fit onto copper pipe was good, but the appliance valve leaked under pressure spraying water everywhere and would not fully shut off.
Total waste of time and just a cheap copy - had to be replaced with old style compression washing machine valve.

Does just the right job, takes seconds to fit, ideal to use under a cupboard.
Due to position of original and degective valve it was necessary to cut the pipe lower down . There was room to push a 90 degree push fit bend on to pipe, a short run of copper pipe and then this valve to supply the washing machine. Only tool meeded was pipe cutter. No leaks, valve works and job took less than 10 mins
Reliable and never have a problem after fitting these.
I was a little surprised to receive a plain black fitting, rather than white, as shown in the catalogue. Having said that, the item worked exactly as it should. Positive feel to the flow control. Easy to install, it is push fit after all.
Didn't have the hot and cold markers. So didn't use them.
Works fine, does exactly as advertised. a fairly standard product at a great price.
