Product very good, Toolstations description rubbish, dimensions nothing like true. Width 77mm (not 65mm). Aperture 195mm x 44, (not 225mm x 25mm). Fixing centres 224mm (not 235mm).
Didn't matter to me but has affected others in the past reviews. Makes me wonder why companies ask for reviews if they clearly don't take any notice of them.

The Letter plate was about 11mm wider than stated in the Catalogue/Website and therefore wouldn't fit in the space available and I had to return it.

product supplied with open bag and no fixings, I asked about fixings and was assured it was not supplied with fixings, later went back (twice!) and they eventually admitted it should have fixings
a cast product so not completely flat and needed sizable holes to fit etc but well made with good (very stiff spring) no draught thru
Really looks the part for the price. Nice heavy feel
