Easy to assemble, well balanced. Both wife and I found it it easy to use and very effective. Reliable and strong.

This is a great brush cutter. It is lightweight and well balanced, so easy use and not too tiring. Easy starting. Assembly instructions are a bit sparse, but can just about be followed. Great value machine.
All good so far. Easy to assemble. Starts easily. A bit noisy but aren't they all? Only used the blade so far but I like that you have both a blade and a line cutter to choose from. Uses a 1:50 mix so a little bit more economical than others.
Very pleased with the delivery of this item, arrived the day after I ordered it, I purchased this to accompany an AL KO lawn mower I'd recently acquired, very easy to assemble and use and overall a very good product.
The 2 star rating relates to the supplier, not the product. On the 23/3/22 I ordered, and paid for, an AL-KO brush cutter that came with a 1 day delivery promise. The delivery finally arrived on the 26/3 but was, in fact, a properly labelled roll of plastic tubing. I refused to accept this unique product, contacted 'Toolstation' and finally received my order on the 27/3. Not a good start to my online dealings with this company! The brush cutter has now been assembled; it started easily and seems to perform well although it is of 'light' construction. It remains to be seen how it will cope with my 2 1/2 acre garden
AL-KO BC223B easy to assemble but took a couple of goes to get the angle of the handles right. Easy to start if you follow instructions, although pumping the fuel through using the plastic dome is not made clear. Strimmer function works well but found it impossible to auto-feed line, had to stop and feed it by hand. Have not tried the brush cutter blade. Overall well made machine easy to use and works well so I would recommend it BUT as far as I can see AL-KO no longer make these.

Bought on the proviso of next day delivery for the job I was doing. Next day received text from Parcelforce saying not today and no indication of when it would be delivered. Toolstation customer lines were like Carlsberg complaint line-no one answered.
Good sturdy bush cutter would recommend but awful logistics-unfortunately have this problem every time Parcelforce are involved.
