Purchased to replace old module and fan unit, which had given up the ghost.
Fan and module assembled then fan and module fitted to replace the old unit, took 20mins total.
Module works as it should, ive turned the timer down to try and get a better life span.
Simple to install, but look out for correct fitting instructions is you are a DIYer,
This replaced a failed module, but I can't complain as that had been in operation for twenty years or more. It's really good to see a product continue to be supported over that time. It works well having a good range of response to humidity and fan run-on.
If I could I'd give it 4¾ stars. It would be a 5-star if the retention clip worked better at holding the module in place when you're fitting the fan into a ceiling.
This timer module is easy to install and can be adjusted. Best to start with the shortest time and gradually work upwards to the time required. I set it to 10 minutes which is only a small adjustment from the minimum. In this case the fan will run for 10 minutes after the light switch (the trigger) has been turned off. This requires a permanent live, a trigger live (e.g. from light switch) and a neutral.
Easy replacement for old module and lower price than competitors
This run on timer is easy to install on my Icon 15 Extractor.

Module to sense humidity with manual pull string override. Ensures fan only activates when required i.e. shower or manual request. Timer stops fan after time period. Modules work well with no false activations.
Bought as a potential direct replacement when the ICON15 fan was being replaced (after 15 years), but the original was still working fine. Returned it for a refund.
The Airflow Icon range of extractor fans work really well and the separate timer module it's easy to fit and works as intended.
Very easy to install - very satisfying fit and connection.
I bought the timer to replace one which no longer worked. The new one does not work either. I emailed Airflow to seek help as to what I should do. They have not replied

Easy to fit timer module once aligned up. Connector block a bit delicate.
Could do with being about 1 or 2mm less deep, so it fits better within fan housing (might be manufacturing tolerances), as currently seems to snag the fan cover causing bit of a challenge afixing cover to fan.
Timer has quite a wide range, from seconds to (i think) 2hrs, so takes a bit of adjustment.
Great idea, you can buy a basic fan and then add different modules to make it work to your specification, ie add in timer or add in Humidistat. Works really well.
Not in store item. Ordered 18:30, delivered in to store early morning next day collected and fitted by mid day.
Unreliable and hard to adjust for the purpose usage
Fiddly to adjust, not sure why they don’t mark a rough scale for the delay time or why they’ve designed it so you need to remove the cover to make an adjustment. They should make it with a hole to poke the adjustment tool through without the need to remove the cover.
