I'm only a diy'r so very little experience, but this really helped with drilling and tapping 1/4" hard aluminium with a 3/8" bsp thread. Clean and smooth with no clogging up with swarf. Why haven't I used this stuff before!

Brill stuff, ive tried so many but i cant get hold of my favorite anymore so i decided to try this, thank god it doesnt foam upon spraying! Unlike the other big brand!! I have used it in my mag drill 100% tried in the bench drill press (pillar drill) 100% myford lathe same result, and its 500mls great, my advice is just buy it give it a whirl you wont be dissapointed
I've been doing a lot of stainless steel cutting welding and tapping and this lubricated perfectly it cooled the steel sufficiently not to dull the cut
What a difference a quick squirt of CT-90 made to my DIY drilling of stainless steel. Previous attempts with using HSS drill, with no lube, bits resulted in excessive heat buildup and dull drill bits. Using in combination with cobalt bits, it was even better. Used the lube with M10 tapping bits which cut perfect threads with reduced effort.
Did the job easing the tapping and clearing swarf.

Bought this to help with the cutting of threads on 20mm galv tubing and for drilling holes in steel does what it says on the tin.
Very good product makes drilling and tapping so much easier on bit's and speed's up the process.
What a difference using the right stuff makes. Always used a bit of WD40 but with new drill bits and some tapping to do thought I should use the proper stuff. Glad I did it does make a difference, clean cut and no scorching
