Bought to use in a tile cutting machine, to replace the original poor quality blade. Cuts OK but chips porcelain tiles and will take off any corners. Was expecting more for something that costs so much. Try a cheaper blade first.
Great little blade for porcelain. We use it for scoring our marked lines before using the larger grinder also with an Abracs porcelain blade when cutting porcelain paving. Use it with water suppression for longer life.
Great blade, lasts well and cuts clean and fast. Would 100% recomend
Be careful with this blade as it can jam when new as the paper which is stuck to the sides absorbs water then when cutting bunches up and jams in the tile cutter.
The blade cuts cleanly very little chipping and has a nice thin cut.
Bought this to replace one I had lost (new) one just bought it for some porcelain tile cut it with ease taken slow cut first no chipping then slight under cut went through very quick compared to a previous one very pleased at £12 per blade 125mm just hope I don’t loose this one as well!😋
Works great and better than the standard ones most saws come with, well worth the price
Good blade for the price. I used it on a rubi python to cut a load of 20mm thick porcelain. It worked a treat
This blade was excellent for cutting porcelain tiles. This blade lasted around 250 cuts before it started chipping the cut edge
Excellent blade, no chipping. Better than the Rubi blade. Would definitely recommend.
It has been mentioned in previous reviews, but I didn’t think much of it. The disc I bought is not running concentrically to the mounting hole by 1.5 - 2mm.
This may not sound like much but as I touched the surface of the tile (2cm porcelain in my case) it made the blade jump and vibrate about. Not what you want when you are trying to cut a tile accurately.
Not what you’d expect for £36.
Bought for porcelain tiles. Has worked really well, problem free.
It works but doesn't last long. Be interested to know how many cms of cut for a 20m porcelain tile the manufacturer claims
Cuts through 20mm porcelain tiles with ease. Small amount of vibration when used with a 9” grinder. I just clamped a wooden batton on to ensure a straight cut and then use some diamond sanding blocked to give the cut edge a slight taper. Longevity unknown for sure, but I have cut 20+ 900x600x20mm porcelain tiles and it’s still seems ok at the moment.
Worth the extra money, Cuts cleanly,Less chipping, lasts longer than the cheaper ones,
Best blade you can buy. Doesn’t chip like other blade
Seems expensive £32.98. , but it’s quality.
Got it to replace a disc on a competitors electric tile cutter
Did a pretty good job, used it with a Erbauer ERB337TCB-A tile cutter as the provider blade on that was poor. Used it to cut 7 900*600 porcelain 20mm tiles without hassle or fuss. Very minimal chipping using the water cutter when cutting tile upside down on the saw. No concerning wear for cuts made.
outstanding performance at a very competitive price.
Great disc for cutting porcelain tiles quickly and without chipping edges
Value for money good quality blade that cuts concrete slabs easily I cut 30 two foot slabs and still had plenty of life left in the blade I use the 4 1/2 blades all the time and they cannot be faulted
