It's a branch for a rainwater downpipe. I have linked in water butts, and need an overflow for them. This takes the overflow into the house rainwater drainage. It's just fitted - no idea how durable it is.

Does a great job. Its a 112.5 degree connection that connects the pipe at 112.5 degrees :-)! Fits well as expected with 68mm piping. Easy to fit like most guttering is.
