The most commonly used and versatile bearing type. Designed for high speeds, highly durable and requiring little maintenance. Close conformity between the balls and the deep raceway grooves handle high speeds, radial loads and axial loads in either direction.\nApplications: general engineering and manufacturing, transmissions, gearboxes, wheel hubs, gardening and agricultural equipment, pumps etc. Dimensions in accordance with ISO 15:1981.\n\nShielded Type\nWith metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.
