Easy purchase as allowed by staff to compare old lock with replacement to ensure match. Although only one lock was in stock when I required two, Toolstation notified me as soon as the second lock had been delivered the following morning. Staff assistance was super!
This is a simple, fairly solid mortise sash lock. Easy installation and looks good. Only time will tell how it stands up to regular use.

All good, purchased to replace a very ancient lock in my conservatory door. It comes with a removable brass face plate (on the lock itself), 4 brass screws, 2 keys, and the catch for the opposing frame (as shown in the picture). I did not need anything heavy duty for my purposes, so this was sufficient for me.
I had an old lock that needed replacing due to there being no keys!

Lock exactly what was needed. Found due to the considerable help of the staff.
Not a very good product, fitted it turned the key and it bent a flimsy folded metal bit inside, rubbish product.
