Good quality lock. Was very easy to fit. Does what it’s supposed to do.
Good enough product to use for bathroom and bedroom doors
The packaging is really poor. Returned first one as the screws were missing, staff replaced the item with no question. When fitting the replacement I found the screws and keep were missing. I'm all for reducing single use plastics but loose parts rattling around in a flimsy cardboard box is useless. Now i have to return to fit a keep, time wasted.

Complete and utter trash. Had two of these and both ended up in the bin. First one bent completely just with a few hits from the mallet. The soft metal screws mean you have to use your own. Chrome plate has to be attached for some reason so have to accommodate for that.
Threw the bent one away and used the second which fitted. Used the key for the first time and the locking mechanism broke as soon as it hit some resistance! Had to cut through the lock in the end. Horrible product.
Grab the ERA 3 level deadlock instead and save your money. That lock comes with its Chrome plate attached, screws are durable and the lock itself is smooth. Fitted in perfectly and you can see the quality difference. All locks purchased from Toolstation.
