DSIDE Social Post New Tool Announcement
🛠️ THE 2026 TOOL DROP: New Toys Are Landing! 🛠️

Alright, It’s Monday night, and while you're scrolling on the sofa, the tool brands are busy emptying our wallets. We’ve been digging through the latest 2026 launches from the big boys, and there is some serious kit hitting the shelves this month.

Whether you're Team Teal, Yellow, or Red, here is the lowdown on what you'll be seeing on-site this spring:

1. DeWalt: The Atomic Age & Compact Power
DeWalt is doubling down on the 'Atomic' range. The new Atomic 20V MAX Right Angle Die Grinder is getting a lot of hype for its 22% more power than pneumatic versions. Also, keep an eye out for the 60V MAX 12-inch Compact Chainsaw. It’s small, but it’s a beast for quick site clearing.
💰 Price check: The premium DCD1007 Combi is currently sitting around £232.00 (bare) at retailers like Power Tools UK.

2. Milwaukee: Heavy Hitters
Milwaukee basically took over the World of Concrete show. Their new MX FUEL 27lb Demo Hammer is designed to replace corded breakers entirely. For the mechanics, the M12 FUEL Extended Reach Ratchet is the one everyone’s talking about—more torque, better reach, and less chance of scraped knuckles.
💰 Price check: The workhorse M18 FPD3 is roughly £129.99 at ITS right now.

3. Makita: 40V XGT Everything
Makita is going hard on XGT. The standout for me is the HP003GZ01 40V Max Combi Drill, which is pushing nearly 180Nm of torque. They’ve also launched a 40V Snow Blower (maybe not for a London site, but cool nonetheless) and a massive 50cm Chainsaw.
💰 Price check: That 8Ah XGT Battery? Still a hefty investment at £325.99.

4. Bosch EXPERT & Tabless Tech
This is the big one. Bosch has officially launched the EXPERT Tabless Cell Batteries (4Ah and 8Ah). They run cooler and last longer, and Screwfix is currently the exclusive home for 24 of these new EXPERT tools in the UK.

5. Ryobi: The Lifestyle King
Ryobi just released their 18V ONE+ 150W/200W Power Sources. If you’ve got a van full of Ryobi batteries, you can now power your laptop or even a small TV off them. Perfect for those long lunch breaks or camping trips.

The Big Question:
If your boss gave you a blank cheque tomorrow, which one are you heading to the shop for? Are you staying loyal to your current battery platform, or is that new Bosch Tabless tech enough to make you switch?

Before you hit 'buy', remember that prices are swinging wildly this month. Head over to DSIDE.co.uk to compare 183+ UK retailers like Screwfix, Toolstation, and FFX (now via ITS) in one go.
