I installed some of these lights in 2021 and now need to replace them all due to poor access and retaining screws be being made of a softer metal and than the tool to used to unscrew them.
Soild build but should come with a gu10 bulbs suction tool as the holder is very deep inside of this fitting
Bulbs very difficult to fit, impossible with LED GU10 because you need to use a rubber sucker which only works with old style smooth glass halogens. (instructions said a sucker was included - it wasn't !) Cable only 300mm long - too short
I bought 4 fitted in an outdoor location and the quoted IP67 violates trade description act. They are IPX2 at best.
This is a walkover light that I have used in a garden feature. I chose the item to test the quality and haven't been disappointed. It is constructed of ABS(plastic) body and stainless steel cowl which is ideally suited to outdoor use to evade corrosion unlike the powder coated metal alternatives, which over time in outdoor weather corrode and flake. A sturdy we'll made outdoor light that is very fairly priced and £5 cheaper than TLC's metal alternative. I will be buying another 3 of these to complete the project.
