Works well, good price, removes old sealant effectively.
Worked well. I removed most of the silicone first with a knife and scraper tool before applying the Zep solution.
Worked really well softened the residue and then easy to scrape/wipe
I purchased using click and collect. Easy collection, great product, easy to apply. Had to apply twice and three times where sealant was thicker.
Works a treat, make sure you remove what silicone you can first by cutting it out, then apply this and leave for 15 mins. Softens silicone well for clean removal. I have used WD40 in the past but I do think this works better
Having to replace silicone round shower tray this was good for removing the residue of existing silicone after taking as much as possible off with stanley knife blade and scraper. After applying leave for 10 - 15 mins and residue comes away very well. May need to leave longer for thicker bits.
The product did the job, however it took many applications to remove all of what remained. There was probably 1mm or less to remove.
Other Zep products e.g. for blocked drains were far more effective in 1 application.
Perhaps my expectation was too high based upon previous experience of their products.
Only works on fresh or a very thin film of silicon that is left over from cutting out as much as possible. No different to other removers.
It was a slow process.. but improvements were made removing old silicon engrained in to the surface of matte finish tiles
I've used this or similar before, when needing to re-silicone joints. It's important to read the instructions ie cut or scrape off any thick silicone then apply, leave to soak then scrape off the residue.
Did its job rather well (the most difficult parts needed two applications).
A bit pricey but was in a rush and didn’t have time to shop around
Worked well providing the bulk of the old seal is removed first.
After using multi solve (at 3x the price) this seemed to be just as good. Still needed a little elbow grease to complete the job but definitely helped.
Cleaner some silicon adhesive off a painted surface with the assistance of a non scratch scraper successfully
Tried as per instructions worked to a degree but finally removed wit WD40
I tried to reuse a doughnut washer when fixing the toilet cistern using a silicone sealant to make a better seal A big mistake!! But ZEP silicone sealant remover came to the rescue and a new doughnut washer is now in place. A case of more haste, less speed.
It did the job, but left it on a little bit longer for better effect
Seems to work all right. Not used this before so didn't know much about it.
Does what it's supposed to. What more do you want.
