Great product as advertised but very poor management. I was notified of its arrival 3 days after collection.
Good powerful little heater
Fantastic service, received it the day after purchase. Well packaged and it’s now fitted and working perfectly. Also was the cheapest on line
This Xpelair Fan is a newer version of the one I had fitted in (I think) 2003. I wanted a direct replacement so the fan could fit into a double glazed unit with an Xpelair-sized aperture! The original fan has been great for many years, the new one seems even quieter. The external louvre, though seems a bit open to heavy rain; I've felt the need to improvise a storm cover.
Bought to replace existing similar Xpelair which had stopped working after many years service.
Item was not in stock but was delivered to local depot the next day when it was collected and fitted.
