Easy to install and effective moisture removal. Not too loud
Was able to easily replace an older malfunctioning fan with this one.
Great, but may cause issue when replace, as it's fixed with 3, not 4 screws, so not compatible with most of 100mm fans. Due to differences in fixing, logo stay on angle, looks odd..
Amazing silence, could be slightly slimmer for a more pleasing effect
Easy to install
Bought about 3 years ago, now dead. Was always very loud. Looked great but now works out very expensive, due to short life!
Excellent product at a good price. Easy to fit and looks great! Highly recommend
Quiet and looks good and it sucks moisture out of the air pretty well. The choice of a round or square cover is very neat but they are quick difficult to change without breaking the tabs that hold them on.
Very pleased. I needed a replacement I could easily swap in for an old 100mm fan that just bit the dust. This has done the job nicely. Very easy to secure in place and connect up.
A few little quirks - as commented on in some previous reviews - the alternative round and square front covers supplied as standard both have an Xpelair logo and the covers twist into place too - so it can be fiddly to get the logo horizontal + level generally for the square version. However, there's an easy work around there - use the circular cover and rub the logo off with e.g. a blunt pen knife blade - saves a lot of messing around and who wants the logo anyway. The cover over the device electronics is also fiddly to remove - need to push in a tab and pull off carefully - however, once in place with the right speed selected it should not need removing again for the lifetime of the device.
It's extremely quiet in the default factory speed setting but much much louder if the jumper is moved upon installation to the higher speed setting. I initially went for the higher speed but quickly adjusted the fan back down again - worth sacrificing 30% of maximum airflow to have whisper quiet rather than noisy.
Lovely quiet fan just what I needed and quick and easy to fit
Fantastic Product - Only fan I would ever use in a bathroom . Removes all condensation
Handy to have both a square and round fascia so I could try both in the room. Really useful having two speeds, high speed for bathrooms and low speed for cloakroom.
My Vent Axia Fan packed up after a relatively short life, so decided to change my brand to Xpelair. Saw it in Tool Station's Catalogue, went online and had it delivered next day........nothing could be easier. Fitted and working a treat
Easy to install and it is quiet enough
