The product was easily ordered and quickly deivered.
The radiator is exactly what we wanted good looking and well made.
Can't comment on heat output yet but previous reviews speak highly of this.

Nice quality radiator.my plumber had no problems fitting this. Really like the horizontal bars, stops this looking like just another rad.
Appalling service. Waited 2 weeks with daily 1 hour waits to call center who couldn’t care less and were really rude. Nothing got sorted until I asked for a refund. Asked if I could track the delivery company but we’re told “they don’t talk to you” rubbish service Toolstation!!!!!!!!
The rad kicks out a massive amount of heat. Definitely need an adjustable valve.It looks very classy. The bolts provided to screw the brackets to the wall are total rubbish. I sheared two. I then had to move the brackets to relocate the holes. This could have consequences if you pipes are fixed.
Great design. Gets very very hot so perfect for cold rooms! Only down side is the valves come out at the bottom not the sides! So if you want to lay this vertical give yourself plenty of clearance.
Shame you can’t add pictures to the review so you could see.
A really good looking radiator it came fast (quicker than I though ) gives a good heat out would recommend
