Bought these to strip paint off a cast and metal postbox that had seen better days thanks to the weather. They done the job with ease. Brushed lasted very well, only lost a few wire strands.

Brilliant little tool. It did the job well and unlike a lot of these brushes the bristles stayed put and didn’t fly out all over the place. It looks as if it will last a long time and was a very good price.
Good round wire brush for removing loose paint and rust.
Overall good wire wheel. Not too aggressive so can be used on aluminum safely and with care. Nothing special but does the job even if a little bit expensive.

Our old oak floorboards have been attacked by woodworm in their distant history and it seems the treatment in those days was a coat of bitumen!
I wanted nice, clean, varnished boards and the old coating was clogging up the sand paper (and the boards are wavy, not nice and flat). Drastic action was required so I used a drill with the wire brush.
It wasn't a quick job because the wire brush is thin and I had about 8 sq meters to clean but the finish is worth it.
