Very good product for sealing brown or dark coloured material. Nice and smooth when first applied, but does begin to set quite quickly, so don"t apply too long a section before smoothing.
Consider wearing disposable gloves if you are a messy worker.

It is easy to apply. You can smooth it down easily with a bit of fairy liquid on your finger finishing with a wetted sponge.

very easy to use. I was expecting it to go off more like a traditional sealant, but in fact it cures more like a putty. not a butty, as i originally typed. that would've been weird.
I used it to seal round a painted timber front door side panel frame that had become a bit gappy. I gave it a good few hours and painted over, no problem. it says can paint over in 30 mins but it was still soft then.
Then I read more on it and realised it stays soft and doesnt harden. Take what you like from that.
But it's done the job for me, and it even cleaned off my flip flops with no drama too - it sort of just dried a bit and I just rubbed it off. Completely unlike any silicon I've ever used before that'll ruin your best jeans because you thought "it'll be alright" and didn't bother changing.

Bought 3 but on checking at home, only 2 nozzles! Sealant is good, used before.
I used this in a different application; for sealing between glass and timber in a shed window. Gets a bit soggy in rainy weather but painting with ronsea one coat protector helps. You are probably best advised to use this between frames and brickwork.

Excellent frame sealer. Take heed of the instructions however and don't apply it to wet surfaces or if it is due to rain before it cures as it turns into brown goo as I found out to my cost. I thought that moisture (i.e. water) would quicken the curing process - it doesn't!
Did the job perfectly. I used it to seal between cladding and a roller door. In my view, a good item at a good price.
