The Wiha Slimbit Electric 7 Piece Hex Screwdriver Bit Set is a VDE-tested hex bit set designed specifically for electrical work on or near live systems. Each bit is individually tested to IEC 60900 standards, providing certified protection for working safely on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. This makes the set essential safety equipment for electricians and electrical contractors working on installations, control panels, and consumer units. Wiha's slimTECHNOLOGY produces blades that are up to 33% slimmer than conventional bits, allowing improved access to low-lying screws and spring elements in tight spaces where standard bits cannot reach. This is particularly valuable when working inside cramped electrical enclosures or accessing recessed fixings in switchgear. The set includes six hex bits in the most commonly used sizes for electrical work: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm and 6.0mm, all with 75mm blade lengths. A dedicated slimBit storage box is included, providing organised storage whilst giving a clear view of the available profiles for quick bit selection on site. Please note that slimBits are designed exclusively for use with Wiha's speedE®, slimVario® or TorqueVario®-S electric tool systems and are not compatible with standard bit holders or screwdrivers.
