Perfect. They were sheets. There were 10 in the pack, not 9 or 11. The grit was 240, not 120 or 1200. They sanded. At least they did wet - I haven’t tried them dry. Does anyone?
Lasts well on nickel/steel guitar frets prior to final polish.

What can I say. It's wet and dry paper. It's abrasive. It abrades things. It doesn't fall apart when wet.
