A little more expensive then the others available, I bought this thinking the quality would be better. It definitely finished well with a plastic protective layer to the brushed steel. The switch is about 25mm deep. The operation of the dimmer works well with a smooth ramp up when switched on. I cant hear a hum. Used it to control 6 x 8W LED's in an extension.
Very crisp click when pressing, light weight and the back circuit part seems very well build. Love that it has a 15 year warranty so it gives me the peace of mind that I need. I already replaced other brands of dimmers after just 2 years of use.
Good looking and works as advertised. Priced well too!
Perfect replacement for blown dimmer. Straight forward to fit.
Great product, great service as usual from my favourite supplier.
Great, better with LED bulbs/lamps than previous old dimmer
The one I got was scuffed on the edge and looked bent. Overall i expected better quality for the price. Probably a return. The dimming was soso - it dimmed a 20w total load on 4 leds. Ended up returning and getting a varilight led dimmer instead.
Does the job, works well with LED and conventional.and looks good. Easy to fit
Dimmer switch & downlights, ordered, great assistance from the lady the I placed the order with
Nice product at a very reasonable price. Instructions are not great but if you have fitted a dimmer before it shouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately the dimmer stopped functioning near the max wattage load.
Mechanically nice. Reasonably smooth dimming on filament style LED. Some difficulty programming it. - It took me half a dozen repeat tries with the sequence before it accepted the minimum brightness setting. It also lacks a "drive mode" to boost it up for a short period during a minimum brightness switch on. - Hence it won't start the LED lamps I have here if it gets switched on at minimum setting. I would use again, but there are other brands I prefer.
Great dimmer switch works well with LED lighting would buy again
Elegant dimmer used for triple LED candle-bulb unit. Doesn't take them down to very dim but OK for most purposes.
Want work with 5.9 watt led bulb ok with 10 watt led bulb please correct info thanks
Excellent staff at Dorking
Installed this along with 6 LED down lights, worked absolutely fine with no issues. Fitted straight on a 25mm back box with 3 twin & earth cables in.
I bought this dimmer to control 12 dimmerble led's and a 47mm deep dry lining box to allow for the wires, it did work when tested but when screwing dimmer back into the dry lining box the light started flashing on and off. When the dimmer switch was removed. The back had fallen off and the terminals live and load were lose in the dry lining box. It had fell to bits.
