Bought to replace old Aqua vac boxer- quieter with more suction than the old one! Could do with round brush attachment but otherwise pleased with it.
Really picks up, just the job had to do a lot of sanding and scraping😁
Excellent hoover. Much stronger than other we & dry hoover I had before this one. I would recommend it.
Great vac, was using a different brand that was more expensive that died, replaced with this and it’s far far better.
Great value product, robust design and user friendly
Very happy with the Wessex hoover. Chose due to price, spec and size. Works ideally for me for connect to tools, general hoovering and blow function to maintain tools.
Wasn't worried about brand name, spec looks good and is working well, plus three year warranty.
Spare parts look ok to get hold of/from other supplier too.
Brought this to clean up after myself. It does the job. Not high quality, but it’s not high priced. Not used the wet function, so can’t comment. 230v take off works as it should, however most of my tools are battery powered so they need to invent something to sense when I switch those on and off!
Bought the Wessex 30L wet & dry vacuum last week to save the house vacuum & my marriage, I'm doing a fair bit of redecorating in our hundred year old house so old dry plaster allover the place, in my opinion the vacuum is excellent with powerful suction, which is all you really need, I've had no issues with the supplied dust bags as others have, but do agree with the reviews relating to the plastic extension tubes being too flimsy & not really fit for purpose, replacing those with aluminium/steel extension tubes would have made the Wessex 30L wet & dry vacuum the perfect shop/DIY vacuum, the power take-off is an excellent added feature for sanders & mitre saw's etc, not used as a wet vacuum yet.
All in all I do recommend this product & will be replacing the extension tubes for a more robust product.
Sucks like a Bargoed girl on a Friday night. Using it for cleaning us building debris. The filter has blocked a couple of times but is easily cleaned. As stated in other reviews, don’t bother using the bag as it can’t support its own weight and fails very easily. Also works well in wet mode and as a dust extractor.
Excellent value for money well built has got a brilliant suck on it,, i used it for dirt and stones from down a meter hole
Fantastic suction on all items. Just what I needed for doing up a house. We've used it on loose plaster, dust, small brick shards, wood dust, shavings and even water from underfloor radiator pipes and it works perfectly. I have to remember to check the bag as sharp objects do rip it, but a quick clean out of the drum and filter, a new bag and it's back in action. Still working well after 6 months... don't know how I managed without it!
Needed this to clean up after removing an interior brick wall. I was amazed at its suction! Moved every bit of dust and rubble that would fit up the pipe. Also used it with my router. 1st time being able to see the cut without sawdust hiding it. As the router started so too did the vacuum and stopped a short time after the router. Very useful. Actually looking forward to doing the cars next!
Oh and it's a good blower too.
Good product fairly robust ans a good size. It has plenty of suction power and very suitable for what i need it for. My previous unit was a Karcher which i think has a performance edge, however comes at a higher price.
Great value, super vacuum at a great pricevery pleased
Great product with attachments which includes adapter for power tools , powerful and quiet
It does the job brilliantly and for a hoover with the take off socket the price is very good. Great value for money.
I was really disappointed when my old vac gave up the ghost after nearly 20 years, looked around for a while, do I spend £100s or go for a cheap one and see how long it lasts. The performance of this is superb, not too loud, hose a little short, just replaced it with the old one, cable storage hook or strap would really help, otherwise can't fault it. I don't use it with a bag, just collect the debris in the can and bang the filter one in a while. All in all a good machine
Works great - have used both on wet and dry waste so far and both worked really well. For the price it is an amazing product.
Absolutely fantastic- great quality and does everything very well
Powerful large capacity wet or dry vacuum cleaner with synchronous power outlet. Vacuums, blows and drains easily via the drain plug. Huge vacuum bags and a collection of tools for many tasks.
