Great for cleaning car and lightweight. Good suction.
I bought this because the missus was getting a bit upset with me for using the house vac in my workshop, now she uses this one because apparently it's better. Now she's convinced both my daughters to get one too for their homes. It does have great suction and will pick up almost anything you throw at it. It's great that you can use it with or without the bags and for the price it's seriously a no brainer, I just wish I'd known about the version with a power takeoff.
Wasn't sure about this purchase but it has excellent suction.
Seems like good power, well made, like the supplied head for dust, supplied with a few bags. The clips to hold top on have come unclipped a few times when removing from van, pretty pleased. Time will tell..
Does exactly what it needs to do very reasonably priced ideal for a cheaper vacuum. I would definitely recommend to someone on a budget.
It is what it is industrial vacuum...very powerful and fantastic price..am happy with it ..
Great hoover for site or home, the pipe is a little bit flimsy but for the price you can't complain. Also great for wet vac
Nice hoover, but the tube sections all split under light use in 1 week. Now have no extension.
Does exactly what it says on the tin bought this to empty out my hottub to save having to lift tub worked so well bought 1 for the house in the past had all top brand hoovers and i'd say this one is as good if not better
Bought this 2 weeks ago, had a good clearing of the garden mess in that nice weather we had, garden looked lovely, unfortunately the wind and rain has now come, so can't wait to get back out there for some more clearing up of leaves that have been blown in, I now know my new Wet and Dry will get this done in no time, best piece of equipment I have bought, it beats my black and decker blower any time, I only wished I had bought this before
Purchased this as a replacement for a old vacuum when decorating.
Very pleased with it. Plenty of power for picking up bits of debris. Easy to move around & not very heavy. Plastic pipes not brill but manageable. Not used it set yet. Would recamend

The vacuum itself seems very good but the hose and tools are very poor . .
Powerful vacuum and good price, I have only given it 3 stars as mine was missing a dowel that holds the castors in place.
I got this for domestic use and it’s just incredible. It could probably suck the hair off my head, not that there’s much left there anyway! Whereas a Dyson just tends to sort of wheeze at anything more than a lone hair on a hard floor! This vac will just suck anything off, whatever it may be! Whereas a Dyson will just say it’s tired as soon you switch it to high suction mode and go to sleep. The Wessex will suck the souls out of whatever you sucking off the face off the earth and leave it nicely inside a large metal drum for your disposal (and inside a handy paper bag if you’ve managed to attach it in a way where it doesn’t immediately fall off). Whereas a Dyson will campaign for Brexit but then relocate to Shanghai afterwards because it’s cheaper for them to avoid paying tax. The Wessex will stand by you, even when you have an accident and need to use it as a wet vac. A Dyson will just break down if try that. And I haven’t even gotten to the best part yet! This will set you back whatever the price is now (hard to keep up given all this inflation), whereas a Dyson will cost you more than a solid gold toilet. Well, no it won’t. But they’re hundreds and they’re rubbish, whereas the Wessex will do the same job a hundred times over, a hundred times better, a hundred times faster, and after all that, it’ll still have enough room to keep sucking all day long! 🫨 It can be a little loud though!
Solid hoover, 5 stars in terms of value for money. Obviously for the price your not getting features like retractable cable or cleanable dust extraction filter, but does what a simple site hoover should do and does it efficiently. Wet vac function not the best i've ever used but gets the job done
Brilliant wet and dry vac. Very powerful and holds quite a lot of water.
Good little bit of kit. Can be a bit noisy and be aware of the blowing outlet at the top that can spread the dust you're trying to clean up.
Used for a month now in dry and wet applications. Very impressive. Dust extraction (connected to sander) is excellent. Wet performance extremely good, it will suck up liquid faster than a radiator/pipe can empty. Only issue I'd flag is despite float shut off the exhaust can spit liquid droplets out if allow the tank to get too full ie over three quarters so keep any eye on that.
Brilliant vacuum cleaner. Very good suction. Tools and extension pipes a bit flimsy plastic wise but fine if you're not to rough. The bags are quite big so you don't need to change one very often. Picks up water very well and quite quickly. Can't really fault it for the price.
