Just the job, I should have bought one years ago. Very easy to follow instructions
Well made and easy to fit. The hardest part was tensioning the springs. I removed the ladder from the frame as I was fitting it alone, and glad I did this as it was easier due to less weight. I had to cut down the ladder itself but turned out really well.
I was unsure about purchasing this, but my joiner assured me it was quality, and he was absolutely right. The build quality is spot on and the stairs feel solid, even when I'm dragging suitases full of the wifes clothes up them, that she refuses to let go. I would definitely recommend

Loft Hatch is easier to install and very good value for money. However the frame is very flexible and if the opening is a tight fit for the frame it will twist and the door won’t close properly.
Reasonably good quality and straightforward to fit as long as instructions are followed carefully.
This is a quality product but comes with poor instructions. Nothing in any real particular order of assembly. For example, do not attach the ladder at the beginning as the paperwork suggests! Common sense should also alert you to this anyway. Other than that it is good wood and ironmongery. Very sturdy once assembled.

This is the 2nd Ladder from this manufacturer I have bought and installed. A good solid product which makes accessing the loft so much quicker and safer.
Just fitted a Werner loft ladder £30 cheaper than sfix.

Looks sturdy enough - there’s a missing nut to fasten the ladder to the hatch bracket so will have to get a replacement. Frustrating 😡

Simple installation, followed the comprehensive instructions that are included, there is also a helpful video link. Works great, feels strong and solid when accessing loft space.
Fairly straightforward to put together all critical points pre drilled or with threaded inserts. Well built but would be better in hardwood
