I've had these ladders for several months now and cannot recommend them highly enough. As a tradesman these are the only ladders we use domestically as they are very versatile and easy to use. A fantastic product.

in every way these ladders are brilliant and useful. the stability and height is excellent. the only downside, and it can be a big one, is that for their size they are quite heavy, so lifting them around a room, especially when in their open position, can be quite cumbersome. this is because they're made mainly of fibreglass. On the plus side, the fibreglass means that electricity can't be conducted to the floor, so you're less likely to be electrocuted. I'd buy them again, but i wish they were lighter.

Fed up with not feeling safe on a series of small aluminium step ladders and or other items such as tool boxes I took the plunge and bought a set of Werner ladders. Excellent purchase and very sturdy with a protective guard at the top and a robust locking mechanism. A bit heavy but it adds to the feeling of robustness. Wished I’d bought them years ago.

Bought these for a project where I needed to use fibre glass steps and a fibre glass ladder but these were a great option as it gave me a two in one set up, very good step ladder with useful ability to reach higher areas using it like a small ladder.
Well, werner have the market cornered with ladders and not duff one's. These are no exception. The build quality and design are excellent, so easy to convert between stages in seconds. Even though a lot of the frame is fibre glass they still have some weight to them. They have replaced two sets of ladders they are that good and they feel really stable in use.
I got this ladder to work on my yacht while it was in a cradle, ashore for maintenance. It was really sturdy and strong. Plus, just the right length.
