Excellent ladder, light and adaptable. I bought this to put up Christmas lights and it’s flexible enough to get to the first story window. Surprisingly light and easy to put away, feels very solid
Solid ladder. Not overly heavy having carried it 800 metres. Simple 2 bolt fixing for bottom grip. Latching is a touch finicky but thats a practise thing, and the options of step ladder or extended ladder makes this an ideal piece of kit for home/basic commercial use. Been used in full height with no drama's. Would buy another.
Versatile and very stable; as per title, my only criticism is thet I find them a bit heavier than stepladders I’ve used in the past (but then I’m getting on a bit now)
I was a bit wary as some reviewers found them complicated & with unclear instructions. Quite honestly, I wonder how these people get through life - like the steps, they couldn’t be simpler.
This ladder is really clunky and is awkward to extend.
I found in stair mode the bottom extension did not extend down and lock far enough to allow for the ladder to sit evenly on the step
This rating is for the condition of the ladder after unpacking it, there was a small dent on one of the rungs and one of the metal runners was badly bent over, didn't notice this till i unwrapped the ladder on site. Come on Toolstation you need to sort this out.
But the review of the ladder is very stable and excellent ladder.
Early to review the purchase, but we are very happy with the ladder at present. It appears to be a good quality item and meets our current requirements.
Perfect for just what you need - converts into a 4 way ladder with ease (only slightly tricky bit is the safety latches but once you get the hang of it, it's a doddle!) a good height, nice and stable and perfect for trade or DIY!
Sturdy, versatile and small enough to fit inside a small van ( VW Caddy). Everything a handyman needs. It feels safe working at a height of 3.6meters with the wide feet at the bottom
These are great ladders that feel nice and sturdy when working high up. The only issue I had with them is online it states the safe working height for the stairwell combination is 3.75m but on the ladders themselves and when they are up the safe working height for the stairwell combination is 3.22m. Because of this, I had to return them, I was about 20cm too short to reach the top of our stairs. These ladders would be brilliant for stairs that are 3.5m high but any higher than that and you would struggle to reach.

It is a well built ladder. It is a bit fiddly to set it up on stairs, but does the job.

Great ladder - very safe & stable and slightly shorter closed height than others so fits in boot with seats down - big plus!
Very practical and light.
The only downside is the quality of instruction. Best consult Werner online for video as this makes things simple.
The steps are nice and light and it's great that the extension part can be removed for even lighter A frame steps configuration.
The ladders in full extension mode are sturdy with little flexing and feel very safe.
