Great loft ladder easy to install with clear and full instructions
I have recently bought this ladder to create a easier pathway to the loft area in my garage. It was easy to install and I'm happy with the Quality of the product. I have to say though that do not expect a industrial quality for this ladder, it is really good for occasional use, but not day to day use activities.
Good value ladder . Clear instructions, good quality for the price. I fitted it in less than a hour. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great ladder really easy to install I have installed 3 of these in different properties and they take maybe 15 minutes to do. One of them I needed to put a little oil on the runner for the ladder push and pull slider as it can be stiff to start with but it eases with more use. Height adjustable with the ladder and the arm which is useful as some people prefer the handle further down so prefer it higher up. Can’t fault it will definitely buy more if needed in the future
This light weight fold away loft ladder was easy to install and with the spring stowage assist, easy to stow and deploy. It's also capable of fitting into the smallest of access hatches (the main reason I selected this product) each section locks together at desired length and with the grab handle makes it sturdy and safe to use. It beats swinging of a set of step ladders.

Its ok it come with extra bits like hatch lock, hand rail but overall still flimsy i would say.
Good stuff Suits very well .Limited height in loft and sprung lift meant it fitted well .Must use the highest section to hook the ladderdown Really pleased ,easy to fit
Easy to install, instructions were clear and straightforward. As long as your loft and hatch measures are in line with the instructions, its easy to get it done.
Very pleased with this purchase which makes accessing our loft space easy , not a rigmarole. Originally our loft hatch was not attached and lifted up into the void. When the hinges were attached the hatch snagged on the frame so some carpentry work was necessary to overcome this issue. This is not an aspect covered by the fitting instructions. Thereafter installation was relatively easy and the instructions at all times easy to follow. Things to note, treads are fairly narrow and ladder does restrict the size of the opening. We have a beam which I was concerned would obstruct the ladder when pushed into the loft. Werner were very helpful and their technical expert was able to advise whether this would be a problem - it wasn’t. Overall, fully satisfied with the choice of this product.
A robust and easy to install ladder. Easy to follow instruction and ladder not too heavy. Good quality.
I am a fit 73 but on the large size so getting xmas tree in loft down & back every year was inviting problems. Read up on this one & after checking measurements got it.
1piece of hatch lock missing from sealed packets. E mail & promise of part in post sometime next week! Fitted ladder ok with help from my missus when I committed myself to the attic, kicking away my ladder to make room for the new one then dropped the screwdriver through the hatch.
Fitted ok. Best with 2 people.
Note to TOOLSTATION. Your on line videos & copies of fitment are out of date. On line 1/17
Different bottom fitting now. Thats why 2 people are better as hanging out of the hatch to amend it is not recommended.
