Not as good as expected won’t be buying again won’t recommend
Toolstation had exactly what I wanted.I wanted the Wera 8mm nut & bolt driver, not some cheap alternative. Toolstation had the part, I was in,got the part,paid for it & out & gone in minutes! What is not to like.
This driver seems to be very well made, robust and easy to grip, unlike chrome finish tools that can slip through fingers.
Does what it says ‘on the tin’
It does what it is supposed to do.
I bought it for tek screws.

Great bit of kit as you would expect from wera with a really strong magnet.
As with all the Wera bits I use this is well up to the job, used in an impact driver to put 85 150mm stainless coach screws into green oak (with a pilot hole) and still looks like new.
Brilliant quality and grip. Doesn't chew away or degrade like cheaper versions. If you're having to drill ca. 50+ hex screws then spend the extra amount and get this bit.
Well made nut and bolt driver - holds the bolt/screw well
Bought this coz other cheap sockets kept wearing out. This is one solid socket.
Used to secure metal sheeting to wooden beams with hex bolts. This drill/ driver attachment made life easier as some downward pressure was required.
Purchased this as a 8mm socket attach to 1/4 socket impact driver wouldn't cut the mustard holding the 8mm self driller fixings to mount the DVR unit under the passengers seat of a Mercedes Actros for a Tesco's contract. So yes the Wera Hex Nut Bolt Driver is just the ticket and it was a real shame Toolstation didn't have the equivalent 13mm Wera Hex Nut Bolt Driver so RS came to hand.
