Great quality bit holder . Good magnetic strength compared to cheap alternatives.
Sometimes it’s just worth paying the extra . Wera quality as always
Well worth it, the best one I've ever used very stable in use.
Magnet will not stay inside the bit holder and therefore the screwdriver bit stays connected to the magnet when being removed. Then you lose the magnet and bits do not stay inside the holder.
Like this you can remove the bit drivers easily not like my last one which was not cheap, you pay for what you get and that's quality.
Extremely useful gadget. I use it with a Bosch screwdriver and it enables you to reach into tight corners where the body of the machine is just too wide to fit.
Don't buy any of the cheap crap ones. These Wera bit holders are brilliant. The magnets are proper powerful, and will quite happily hold a 5x120mm screw horizontal on the bit. The long shank makes it easy to line the screw up to drive square into the work.
You don't realise how good they are until you have to use someone else's cheapo version and keep dropping 4x40s all over the place.
Works every time, straight, bits are easy to insert and remove, yet held fast.
Having tried two cheaper tools which failed immediately a substantial torque was applied I bit the bullet and forked out for one of these. Excellent. Good strong magnet holds bit in as well as holding screw firmly on bit. Additional spring ring provides further security against bit being pulled out.
Bought to reach awkwardly located screws on outdoor handrails. 24 80mm corroded screws wound out without any problem at all despite needing a lot of force (supplied by a brace with keyed chuck).
It's a magnetic tool holder...nothing fancy, just useful for the job I bought it for.
Strong magnet and very good catch. Best quality
the bit holder has a strong retaining ring that holds the bits in tight and a strong magnet so screws hold firm. ideal for gutter/downpipe brackets and recessed screws.
Just the job to get into tight spaces & limited access where chuck makes working difficult due to making the bits hitting the screw head at an angle
Worth paying for a decent one
Buy cheap and buy twice - WERA is more expensive but is far superior than many of the "cheap" brands; the main advantage is strong magnet, rigid shaft, spring clip retensioner. I only ever use WERA bit holders
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nice piece of tool!!!
