The Wera 8782C Kraftform Koloss Butyl Pad is a protective accessory designed for use with the Wera Koloss 8002 C hammer. These replacement pads protect delicate materials and workpiece surfaces from damage during striking operations, making them ideal for assembly work, furniture installation, and precision metalworking where surface finish must be preserved. Manufactured from flexible thermoplastic elastomer material, these pads maintain permanent elasticity throughout their service life, ensuring consistent protection across repeated impacts. The soft-faced design absorbs shock whilst preventing marking, scratching or denting of materials such as aluminium, finished timber, decorative panels and machined components. Suitable for carpenters, metalworkers and general contractors who need to deliver controlled force without compromising the aesthetic or structural integrity of their workpieces. The pads are particularly useful when fitting joinery, assembling furniture components, or working with pre-finished materials that require careful handling.
