Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained all the benifits from having a credit account
Great product for the price obviously there is better products out there but this is great for a low budget
Budget boiler installation is same as the other boilers easy to operate no complaints.

So far so good with the boiler. Unfortunately though part of it was found to be damaged when unpacking, I tried straight away to contact Toolstation by phone, but after a 10 minute wait and then to be told I was 16 in the que I had to give up as I needed to be somewhere. I agreed with the installer to carry on installing as by this time the old boiler was already decommissioned. And I thought it would be easy to get in touch with Toolstation later on.
That is where I was wrong! 4 days later, emailed on the install day, and still nothing back! Very disappointed! Photos have been sent with the email, and a reply email stating that they had received my email and they would reply.
The front panel has damaged fixings, was not screwed in place and is cracked, so while it does not affect the use of the boiler it is something that I want addressed.
This experience after spending over £700 with Toolstation has really made me look differently at them. There's other places to go other than Toolstation! They really need to look at the way they handle things like this.

Purchased this boiler on the recommendation of my father-in-law who is a gas engineer. The first boiler was delivered damaged but toolstation quickly exchange it with no fuss. I am very pleased with the boiler, it is efficient with good quality parts fitted inside at a fraction the price of a big brand boiler manufacturer.
